Your Mission

As a Global Buyer - Germany & Austria, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our European hotel portfolio. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, France, you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels in Germany and Austria, ensuring our members enjoy exceptional travel experiences while driving strong business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Germany and Austria to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Content, and Operations) to optimize campaign performance and deliver outstanding member experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings, calls, and on-site visits when required.
- Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels across Germany and Austria, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.
