So join us and become our new Senior Program Manager.This strategic position combines program leadership, customer engagement, product strategy, and industrial transformation. You will play a key role in delivering a major international program while helping transition our business from a project-driven approach to a scalable product platform model.As Program Manager, you will:Lead the successful execution of a strategic Earth Observation program for an international customerAct as a key interface between the customer and Bertin Winlight teamsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across optics, systems engineering, AIT, mechanical design, manufacturing, and qualityDrive program performance in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and risk managementContribute to the development of a scalable portfolio of optical payload solutions for future Earth Observation missionsSupport the definition of standardized products, delivery processes, and industrial capabilities to enable future growthDefine, structure, and secure the program roadmap, including milestones, deliverables, and key decision pointsAnticipate technical and industrial risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

Significant experience managing complex space programsStrong understanding of space systems, with exposure to optical payloads considered a strong advantageExperience in Earth Observation, New Space, or satellite systems developmentProven ability to work across technical, commercial, and program management environmentsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skillsAbility to operate in an international and fast-evolving environmentReady to make an impact in the future of Earth Observation?
