As Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategy and employer brand. You'll work closely with C-level leaders & HRBPs to attract, engage, and retain the best talents across Europe - driving our growth with excellence and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Define and lead a global Talent Acquisition strategy fully aligned with our business ambitions and workforce plans.
- Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and C-level executives to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a best-in-class recruitment process.
- Challenge and optimize sourcing methods (internal & external) to attract top-tier candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
- Oversee Employer Branding operations, collaborating with Marketing and Communications to design impactful campaigns and promote employee advocacy.
- Build and develop a high-performing TA team, fostering growth through innovation (AI in recruitment, automation, D&I initiatives).
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Lead innovative recruiting projects, from graduate programs to automation and data-driven decision-making, to position our organization as a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function.
