Your Mission

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a key role in building the future of Voyage Privé's tech, product, and data teams. You'll be responsible for sourcing top-tier digital talent, driving an exceptional candidate experience, and directly contributing to our ability to attract and retain A players.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and HR stakeholders to deliver measurable hiring impact and help us scale efficiently during a major phase of technical transformation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Own full-cycle recruitments and talent pipelines for digital roles (tech, product, data), in close collaboration with the TA team, with occasional support on non-digital roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define priorities, and design effective sourcing strategies.
- Craft a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, ensuring consistency from first contact to onboarding.
- Lead strategic projects to improve recruitment impact, including initiatives around employer branding, recruitment tools, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Use recruitment KPIs and market insights to continuously refine strategies and increase hiring impact.
- Ensure operational excellence and strong process discipline across all active recruitments.
