You'll play an active role in improving code quality, designing scalable solutions, and helping newer engineers grow, all while developing your own technical depth.

Your Mission
- Build and Own Systems : Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure services or components, delivering features from spec to production.
- Improve Code Quality : Write modular, reusable, and well-tested code, ensuring security and performance are considered by design.
- Drive Incremental Design : Make design choices that balance short-term progress and long-term maintainability, contributing to shared system architecture (e.g. SDDs).
- Ensure Delivery Reliability : Contribute to healthy CI/CD pipelines, and actively monitor and improve the runtime behavior of your code.
- Debug and Resolve : Investigate complex issues across services and layers, using observability tools and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate Widely : Work closely with Product, QA, Data, and DEVOPS to clarify requirements, align expectations, and iterate quickly.
- Contribute Beyond Code : Participate in code reviews, share technical context, and support peer growth through mentoring or pairing.
